Home Orchard Society Fruit Propagation Fair

Location: Clackamas County Fairgrounds, Main Pavilion, Canby, Oregon
Cost: HOS members: $4 per person; $8 per family,
Non-members: $6 per person; $10 per family or become a member at the gate and admission is FREE
Take advantage of what is promising to be a lengthy spring planting season by joining us at the Home Orchard Society Fruit Propagation Fair. Have fun and learn from other fruit growing enthusiasts--all skill levels welcome. Take home cuttings from hundreds of varieties of fruit including apples, pears, plums, cherries, grapes, figs, and kiwis--free with the price of admission! Then mix and match your choices with nominally priced rootstock to meet your needs. Experts will demonstrate grafting techniques or trees can be grafted on site by our skilled crew for a small fee. A wide variety of plants and books are available at reduced prices. Vendors offer tools and supplies. Bob Correll, cider press guru, will have several presses on display while explaining the finer points of making tasty cider. Finally, feel free to question our knowledgeable and friendly experts at the information table.
