10:00 am - 1:00 pm
The primary mission of the Home Orchard Society is education!
Join us for an afternoon in our lovely demonstration orchard in Oregon City for an afternoon of learning. These sessions are designed to be packed full of information related to successful home fruit growing. Bring a snack or picnic lunch, beverage, and your favorite hand tools. Dress for the weather and don’t forget your note pads and cameras!
Summer is the perfect time to prune your stone fruit! Tonia will demonstrate on plum, cherry, pluot, and peach; after the demonstration we will have time for some guided hands-on instruction; (by-pass) hand pruners, loppers, and hands saws are recommended.
Workshops require pre-registration
contact Tonia to register: firstname.lastname@example.org
Workshops are offered on a sliding scale fee of $15-$25
