 Greasy Pippin Tree
I am looking for anyone to help me out with this tree! My father has been talking about this apple as a favorite childhood memory and would really like to add this tree to his orchard. Can anyone tell me where to find this tree in the United States? I would appreciate any help you can give. THANK YOU! ML

I found out a little more about it here:
http://www.allaboutapples.com/varieties/var_t1.htm
It seems to also go by the names Tallow Pippin or Lowell
Will let you know if I learn anything more.

'Lowell' ('Greasy Pippin') is listed in Fruit, Berry and Nut Inventory, Third Edition. One nursery had it in 2000. Bachman's Nursery Wholesale Center, 6877 235th St. W., Farmington, MN 55024.
Might contact them, only problem they are Wholesale only.
Good Luck
Ted
