Post Revisions for the HOS Tried and True Recipes Cookbook
Thank you for purchasing the Home Orchard Society cookbook. Despite best efforts, a few errors got past several proofreaders. Please make the following revisions in your Home Orchard Society’s Tried and True Recipes Cookbook:

Page 88 Apple Pudding Cake:
Change the flour amount to 2 cups
Change the cinnamon amount to 1 1/2 teaspoons

Page 96 Berry Mix for Desserts:
Change the amount of sugar for gooseberries to 2+ cups

Page 104 Black Currant Tarts:
Change the weight of currants to 1 1/2 lbs.
Change the sugar amount to 1 cup + 2 tablespoons
Change the amount of salt in the Tarts to 2 teaspoons

Page 110 Prune Glaze:
Change to read 1 cup pitted, cooked, pureed prunes
