I have both noticed insects killing my scions with needle like appendages and new unfamiliar bad smelling bugs in my yard this year. John S PDXOR

Get some wasps to move in. They'll kill most of these bugs for you - for free!

Wasps... They will do the job for ya. But then you have a problem with wasps! Is there not an organic insect repellent you could use or maybe 'fogging'?
