 Fruit Tree Varieties - No Spray - Western NC

Post Fruit Tree Varieties - No Spray - Western NC
I moved to Western NC and would like to know if anyone has experience with the best variety of apples, peaches, pears, plums, blueberries, raspberries and grapes for this area. I am in Murphy, NC, zone 7. Just north of Elijay, GA, which has been the apple capital of the SouthEast.

I worked on an apple orchard in Massachusetts and we would grow low spray varieties like LIberty apples but I never really liked them.

I want to hear from people that have real experiences with the SouthEast.

I have talked with the extension service but they were not as helpful as I expected.
