rootstock vendors?

 rootstock vendors?I find myself suddenly needing to order rootstock in quantity. I have placed orders this late in the season before, but never encountered the lack of availability I'm finding this year. Here are the vendors I've approached. Can anyone recommend any others?

Re: rootstock vendors? Ah, I should add that I'm seeking apple, pear and stone fruit rootstock, preferably in 1/4", and in bundles of approx. 100-200. This, for the Spring Propagation Fair we have held at Lane Community College, in Eugene, in recent years.
