Post Coos River Beauty
How much distance do I need to give between this apple and others? I bought this years ago at a Spring home orchard pow wow in Canby. It was grafted onto EMLA 7.

I don't know the vigorness rating of the Coos River Beauty, which determines how large a tree it makes on different rootstocks, but in general for M7 (aka EMLA 7), I'd allow a minimum of 15 feet from it and other trees.
