This was a wet spring, my four year old quince set a good many fruit, all with severe rust. Any suggestions on control=cant eliminate my neighbors cedar. should infected areas of the tree be pruned?

 Re: RUST ON QUINCE
I use fungal compost tea on mine and it works like a charm. It must be fungal. Bacterial compost tea doesn't work at all. Best used in spring and in summer. John S PDX OR
